I have just come to terms with the fact that if I come to a sheep show this dish is the staple for the entire barn. This will feed a crowd and the kids love it.
Pre-cooked fajita chicken
1 bag of tater tots
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
Shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1 bag of bacon bits
2 packets of ranch mix
1/2 bottle of water
I make sure and cover the Ninja's with crock pot liners and then start filling them up.
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 package of ranch dressing
1/2 bag of bacon bits
Cover layer with cheese
I add the 1/2 bottle of water to the sides of the Ninja once it is fully layered.
Continue to layer until all of the contents are gone. Cook on high for 2 hours or Med for 4 hours. Stir before serving
I always cook 2 Ninja's full and that will generally feed 30+ and I never have to throw any away.
